May 31st at St Monica English Medium school , the school manager addressed the staff .The staff meeting commenced with a prayer song led by the choir of teachers. The Manager addressed the staff, extending congratulations to the 10th standard students for their excellent results and appreciating the dedicated efforts of the teaching faculty. He spoke about the importance of adhering to guidelines and school rules for the better functioning of the institution. He encouraged everyone to aim beyond the minimum, emphasizing that self-appraisal will be implemented and sincere efforts will be duly rewarded. The Manager also informed the staff about changes in the exam patterns for the upcoming academic year. The session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Principal.
