St. Monica English Medium School conducted an insightful session on “Psychological Aspects of Teaching in Education” today, under the guidance and support of Principal Sr. Ancy Mathew and Vice Principal Fr. Suraj Joseph Lobo.
The session was led by Mrs. Fanita J. Mishra, founder of Mystical Rose Pre-School, who shared valuable perspectives on key psychological principles that enhance effective teaching and learning. Her talk focused on creating a positive classroom environment, understanding student behavior, and fostering meaningful teacher-student relationships.
Fr. Suraj Joseph Lobo addressed the gathering with thoughtful reflections. Mrs. Princy welcomed the gathering, Mrs. Ashika introduced the speaker, and Mrs. Usha proposed the vote of thanks.
