PTA Executive Committee Meeting 2025–26
The second PTA Executive Committee Meeting of St. Monica English Medium School for the academic year 2025–26 was held on 27 October 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the A.V. Room.
The meeting began with a prayer led by Rev. Fr. Melwyn Dsouza, the Manager of the school, followed by a welcome address by Mrs. Keerthy, the staff representative. The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Mrs. Chandrakala, the Joint Secretary.
The main agenda of the meeting was to share important updates regarding the upcoming Sports Day and to discuss matters related to the welfare and benefit of the students and the school community.
In-Charge Principal Sr. Sharmila clarified the academic-related doubts raised by the parents. After fruitful discussions and valuable suggestions, the meeting concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Mrs. Priya, the staff representative.
The meeting ended with refreshments.
